MDPlix provides a robust and secure financial framework for healthcare providers. We support a wide range of payment methods to ensure convenience, including all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay), and Net Banking across 50+ major Indian banks. For business accounts, we provide full GST invoicing to facilitate input tax credit claims, provided a valid GSTIN is submitted at the time of purchase.

In addition to digital gateways, we support offline payments via NEFT, IMPS, and RTGS for annual enterprise plans. For such transactions, service activation typically occurs within 12-24 hours of fund realization in our corporate account. Please share the Transaction ID or UTR number with our billing department at [email protected] to expedite the verification process.

Our subscription models are primarily billed on an annual basis to provide the best value and reduce administrative overhead for your clinic. Renewal reminders are sent 30, 15, and 3 days before expiry via email, SMS, and in-app notifications. To ensure absolute control, auto-debit is disabled by default—you must manually authorize renewals to maintain service continuity. Subscriptions that are not renewed within 48 hours of expiry will result in temporary account lock, which can be instantly reactivated upon payment.

Financial security is our highest priority. MDPlix does not store any sensitive card or banking information on our servers. All transaction processing is handled by industry-leading, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. We use advanced tokenization and TLS 1.2+ encryption to protect your data during transmission, complemented by real-time fraud monitoring and 3D Secure authentication requirements for all card transactions.

For clinics operating internationally or requiring multi-currency support, MDPlix accepts payments via wire transfer and major international cards. Pricing for international regions is pegged to the US Dollar (USD) and converted at mid-market rates at the time of billing. Please note that international transfers may incur additional intermediary bank fees for which the clinic is responsible.

For every transaction, a fully compliant GST invoice is generated instantly and stored in your dashboard for download. Please ensure your clinic's GSTIN and billing address are correctly updated in your profile, as invoice details cannot be modified once generated. In rare cases of failed transactions where funds are deducted from your account but not received by us, the banking system typically initiates an automatic refund within 5-7 business days.

MDPlix is committed to transparency in billing. There are zero hidden implementation charges or setup fees across our Starter, Growth, and Clinic 360 plans. Usage-based 'add-on' credits for SMS and WhatsApp marketing are non-expiring and are billed separately from your main software subscription. We provide detailed logs for all credit consumption to ensure you only pay for what you use.
