9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. MDPlix is not responsible for medical advice or treatment outcomes. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

MDPlix is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify MDPlix against any claims resulting from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. This includes legal fees and settlement costs.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violating these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
