Cancellation Process

Access your MDPlix account through the app or website using your registered credentials.
Navigate to Bookings
Go to the 'My Appointments' or 'Bookings' section in your dashboard.
Select Appointment
Find the appointment you wish to cancel and click on it to view details.
Confirm Cancellation
Click the 'Cancel' button and confirm your cancellation. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Return Process
Access Returns Section
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Orders' or 'Returns' section.
Select Item to Return
Find the item you want to return from your order history and select it.
Initiate Return Request
Click 'Return' and provide a reason for the return. Submit your request.
Follow Instructions
You'll receive return instructions via email. Follow the steps to complete your return.
